What to expect
The first conversation is typically 45–60 minutes. We will ask about the programme, the parties involved, and what you are trying to achieve. You will leave with a clear sense of what the right engagement type looks like and what a B2XPRO advisory engagement involves.
Engagements are structured as fixed-fee or retained advisory, depending on scope. We discuss cost in the first conversation — there are no surprises.
